Supercase // The company second brain

Knowledge lives in heads, not systems. We build the memory your people and your AI can work from.

Supercase plans, prototypes and builds company second brains for SMBs and smaller enterprises: one governed memory of how the business works, connected to the systems you already run, readable by people and AI agents alike. A small, senior team. Steps you can stop after.

Start here

Second Brain Discovery: two to three weeks to find out what your company knows, what it has already forgotten, and what to build first.

A fixed-price, fixed-length look at where your knowledge lives, who may see it, and what the AI you already pay for would find if you connected it. You get a plan you can run with us or without us.

  • A map of where knowledge actually lives, and who holds what
  • A permission audit before any AI touches your data
  • The fifty questions your company should be able to answer
  • An architecture, a roadmap and a budget for a prototype

Five disciplines, one memory.

A company's knowledge is not an IT asset. It is what sales, marketing, media, technology and AI know together. We bring all five, so the memory reflects the whole business.

01

Sales

What customers asked, objected to and bought. We have carried the targets, so we know what belongs in the memory and what a salesperson needs to find in ten seconds.

02

Marketing

Positioning, offers, pricing history and what each campaign taught you. The memory becomes the one version of the story the whole company tells.

03

Media

Channels, costs, what worked and what did not. Hard-won, rarely written down, and the first thing lost when the person who bought it leaves.

04

Technology

Senior engineers who build the connectors, retrieval and permissions, and keep it simple enough that your own team can run it.

05

AI

Daily, current experience of what models do well, where they fail, and how to give them context they can be trusted with.

How an engagement works

Senior people, a fixed scope, steps you can stop after. No long programme, no junior bench.

  1. A conversation

Thirty minutes on where your knowledge lives today and what you wish you could ask it. If a second brain is not what you need, we say so.

  2. Discovery, two to three weeks

We map the knowledge, audit the permissions, write the questions the company should be able to answer and hand you a plan. Fixed price, fixed length.

  3. Prototype, then build

If the plan holds up, a four to eight week prototype you can measure. Then build, adoption and knowledge ops in blocks, with us or with your own people.

Built by operators, not observers.

Everyone at Supercase has run the thing they now help you remember. We have carried sales targets, owned marketing budgets, bought and planned media, led product and engineering teams and rolled out AI in real organisations. We know which knowledge matters because we have needed it ourselves, and we know what it takes to get a decision made and a thing shipped.

Supercase was built by people who have watched good companies forget what they knew every time someone left. That is why we start with the memory, not the model.

Questions people ask before they call

What is a company second brain?
A shared, governed memory of how your business works: decisions and why they were taken, how things are done, who owns what, what customers have said, what has been tried. It connects to the systems you already run, is kept current by a few short rituals, and can be read by both people and AI agents, each seeing only what they are cleared for. Supercase plans it, prototypes it and builds it with you.
Who is Supercase for?
Owners and leaders of companies with roughly ten to five hundred people whose knowledge has spread beyond what any one person holds, and leaders in larger organisations who have licensed AI tools and want them to actually know the business. In an SMB we usually work directly with the owner; in an enterprise with a sponsor and a small internal team.
Is this knowledge management?
The goal is the same. The method is not. Knowledge management asked people to document things in a system nobody returned to. A second brain connects to where work already happens, is kept current by a few short rituals, and is read by AI agents as much as by people, which is why it finally gets used.
Do you still do innovation sprints, developer support and AI transition?
Yes. They are how a second brain gets prototyped, built and adopted, and each is available on its own for any idea, roadmap or AI question you bring us.
How do I start?
Email info@supercase.se or use the form on this page. We start with a thirty-minute conversation about where your knowledge lives today, and propose the smallest step that tells you something useful, usually a Discovery.
